Our
training philosophy is to design and conduct training programs which
will enable the participants to improve their personal and interpersonal
effectiveness. We believe that effective training must be relevant
to the needs and experience of the participants. We believe that good
training must be interesting, enjoyable, challenging and practical.
Our goal with each program is
to facilitate the learning of the participants by using skillful
training methods, well-designed materials, consistent behavior modeling,
coaching and reinforcement skills and techniques, and genuine enthusiasm.
It is our firm
belief that for maximum benefit to the participant and the organization,
training must be positive, practical and immediately applicable.
Our programs and skills often receive the high praise of being "the

As research has
demonstrated, people not only learn more but also remember and implement
more of what they learn when they have individual coaching after
completing training. We strongly encourage our organizational clients
to provide coaching for training participants.
With our individual
coaching clients, we are committed to helping them clarify their
own values and needs, set goals and develop action plans, identify
changes they can make to better accomplish their goals, learn and
develop new skills, improve their life balance, and take charge
of their lives and careers.
