Training
programs designed and conducted by SuccessSystems incorporate a variety
of effective training methodologies. An important element of our quality
training is the program design. The content is carefully planned to
have a logical development of learning concepts with each topic building
upon the previous ones.
The presentation of the training
material is accomplished with a mix of verbal presentation with
visual reinforcement. Our trainers have excellent platform skills
and the presentations are stimulating and involving. Discussion
is encouraged and many involvement exercises are built into each
training program.
Each major topic
will have some type of application exercise to help participants
understand the practical use of the lesson being learned. Workbook
exercises are used along with small group discussion and practice
sessions such as role play practice.

Coaching
Methods
Our coaching is
focused on helping the individual to develop his/her own path to
success. We use assessment tools, skillful listening, and probing
questions to help the person identify what changes they want to
make. We teach some techniques when needed to help the person improve
effectiveness and practice with them to help them develop skill
with the techniques. We help the person process life experiences
to learn what works, what does not work, and how they may be undermining
their own success.
The goal is always
to help the person be the best they can be!
